After receiving a recommendation from the committee in accordance with Rule 5, within fifteen days from the date of such recommendation, the Government of Nepal shall take the application for the license from the concerned applicant as per Schedule-2 and grant him the license in the format as per Schedule-3.
(2) The record of the license granted as per sub-rule (1) shall be updated in the format as per schedule-4.
