Section 59
Licensing required

(1) Companies wishing to supply labor must obtain a license in accordance with this Act. Explanation: For the purpose of this paragraph, "company" means a company established in accordance with law.
(2) The company desiring to obtain a license shall submit an application in the prescribed format to the office of the relevant region, attaching the prescribed documents, details and documents. However, a company that wants to supply labor in an area with more than one office must submit an application to the department in the prescribed format by attaching the prescribed documents, details and documents to obtain a license.
(3) If the application received under sub-section (2) is examined and found to be fraudulent, the department or office shall issue a license in the prescribed conditions and format to enable the applicant to supply labor within fifteen days after taking the prescribed bond or bank guarantee.
(4) When issuing a license in accordance with sub-section (3), the work or service related to the supply of labor and the scope of work shall be mentioned in such license. But the same company is not allowed to supply workers for more than two jobs or services.
(5) At the time of commencement of this Act, any organization or person engaged in work related to labor supply shall, within six months from the date of commencement of this Act, establish a company engaged in work related to labor supply in accordance with the prevailing company law and obtain a license in accordance with this section.
