After receiving an application for a license other than a journey license, the Chief District Officer may examine the following matters in relation to the application:- (a) age and mental health, (b) citizenship and reputation, (c) has been convicted of serious criminal charges / not,
(d) Violent political activities and misbehavior are / are not,
(e) Has/has not received a license for any type of arms,
(f) Has any firearm been stolen or lost before,
(g) Has/has not been convicted of any crime related to hunting and possession of arms, c(h) Has/has not previously sold or transferred any arms to others.
