(1) The license granted in accordance with rule 5 shall remain valid until the end of Chaitra of the same year.
(2) In respect of each license Rs. 3.- Dustoor will be taken. However, such fee can be waived for the license granted to an educational institution or laboratory approved by the Government of Nepal.
(3) Under no circumstances can the licensee transfer his license to anyone else. No one shall be allowed to work on the basis of the license of any person.
(4) In case of the death of a licensee, his heirs and in case the licensee has transferred his business rights to someone, both the right holders and those who have given up the right must give notice to the license holder and the right holder must immediately apply for a new license to work with the remaining explosives. The application form must be submitted and the license will be issued in his name according to Rule 5.
