(1) If the certifying body wants to renew the license it has received, 30 days before the expiry of the license period, it must attach twenty thousand rupees for the renewal fee along with the bank guarantee as per clause (c) of sub-rule (2) of rule 12. An application should be submitted to the controller in the following format.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the controller shall give a decision regarding whether or not to renew the license within fifteen days from the date of registration of the application for license renewal.
(3) If a decision is made to renew the license according to sub-rule (2), the license shall be returned to the applicant after stating the renewed business related to the license.
