Rule 10
Renewal of License

10. Renewal of license :-

(1) The distributor shall renew the license from the Ministry within thirty-five days from the date of expiry of the license granted to distribute the film by paying seven thousand rupees in the case of indigenous films and two thousand rupees in the case of foreign films.

p>(2) If the license cannot be renewed within the period as per sub-rule (1), the license can be renewed within the following period by paying the additional fee as follows:-

(a) Twenty-five percent of the renewal fee within thirty-five days from the date of expiry of the license renewal period. percentage,
(b) Fifty percent of the renewal fee within two months from the date of expiry of clause (a).

(3) Within thirty-five days from the date of expiry of the license granted by the exhibitor to exhibit the film, the fee shall be paid as follows for the movie houses in the following areas. The license should be renewed from the Ministry :-

But the exhibitor whose license was renewed by the end of June 2077 The license renewal fee for the financial year 2077/78 will be fully exempted.
(4) If the license cannot be renewed within the period as per sub-rule (3), the license can be renewed within the following period by paying the following additional fee. (a) within thirty-five days from the date of expiry of the license renewal period twenty-five percent of the renewal fee,
(b) Fifty percent of the renewal fee within two months from the date of expiry as per Clause (a),
(c) New within three months from the date of expiry of clause (b).Seventy-five percent of Ikaran Dastur,
(d) 100% of the renewal fee within three months from the date of expiry of clause (c).
(5) A licensee who has not renewed his license in accordance with sub-rule (4) when this sub-rule commences, may renew his license within three months of the commencement of this sub-rule by paying the renewal fee as per this rule, additional fee for the same and additional fee of 100% of the additional fee.
(5A) A licensee who has not renewed his license in accordance with sub-rule (4) at the time of commencement of this sub-rule may, within six months from the date of commencement of this sub-rule, renew the license by paying the renewal fee and equivalent additional fee as per this rule.
(6) Only cinema houses recommended by the Board as suitable for showing films shall be renovated in accordance with this rule.
(7) If the license is not renewed within the period as per sub-rules (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5), such license shall be automatically cancelled.
