11. Applying for a license

If a person, institution or body wants to get a license according to rule 10, in the format prescribed by the committee, five hundred rupees for a pesticide retailer's license, five thousand rupees for a pesticide sprayer's license. And ten thousand rupees for the license to synthesize pesticides should be submitted before the committee.
