Rule 6
Termination of license:
(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, the Government of Nepal may, if deemed necessary, modify the term and time of any license or suspend or cancel any license.
(2) There shall be no reinstatement for the period of the canceled license as per sub-rule (1).
