Section 250

Concerned persons who are not satisfied with the actions taken by the concerned employees in connection with the execution of the judgment may appeal to the judge of the same court within fifteen days.
(2) A person who is not satisfied with the decision on a complaint filed under sub-section (1) can file an application in the court hearing the appeal.
(3) The complaint filed under sub-section (1) shall be settled within one month and the application filed under sub-section (2) within two months.
(4) A party who is absent on the date after receiving the notice given for the execution of the judgment shall not be entitled to file a complaint or petition under this section.
