Rule 30
Complaint must be registered
: (1) According to section 36 of the Act, regarding the complaint received before the Central Market Monitoring Committee, the committee shall keep a record of such complaint and send such complaint to the department immediately for necessary action.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the complaint received through the Central Market Monitoring Committee or directly at the department shall be immediately registered by the department and a copy thereof shall be given to the concerned complainant.
(3) In case someone files a complaint before the inspection officer according to section 36 of the Act, the inspection officer shall - cause such complaint to be registered in the register of the department or after receiving the complaint himself, he shall immediately give a copy of the same to the complainant.
(4) In spite of anything written elsewhere in this rule, if someone makes a verbal complaint through any electronic means or by appearing in the department, the procedure for such complaint shall be noted in the format as per schedule-9, if the complainant is present, the complainant shall be identified and certified by the officer designated by the Director General and registered in the complaint book. will fall
(5) If the complainant mentions that he wishes to keep his identity confidential in the complaint, the department shall create a separate record in relation to such complainant and place such record in the charge of the Director General or the officer designated by him and register the complaint by keeping the reference number as determined by the department in the complaint registration book.
