(1) Any victim or any person on his behalf may make a written or oral complaint to the commission regarding the fact that women are victims of violence or social injustice or are not allowed to exercise women's rights or are deprived of the exercise of women's rights by any person or organization.
(2) If a complaint is received in accordance with sub-section (1), the Commission shall register such complaint in the registration book as prescribed.
(3) If the Commission comes to know about the matter related to sub-section (1) through any other means, the commission shall record such information and register it in the register book as per sub-section (2).
(4) No fee shall be charged for filing a complaint with the Commission in accordance with this Act.
