(1) According to section 23 of the Act, a person who wants to file a complaint may file a complaint with the following disclosure board or market protection officer:-
(a) Name and address of the person or establishment committing the anti-competitive act,
(b) Action against fair competition and the place and date of action,
(c) details of damages caused or likely to be caused by actions contrary to fair competition,
(d) evidence to substantiate the complaint,
(e) any other conduct known to the complainant in connection with the complaint,
(f) If the complainant wishes to keep his name confidential, the procedure,
(g) Name, surname and nationality of the complainant.
(2) When filing a complaint according to sub-rule (1), if the complainant wishes to keep his name confidential, he shall also disclose that information in the complaint.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), if the complainant requests to keep his name confidential, the market protection officer may keep the complainant's name confidential.
