Section 6
Copies of the complaint and written evidence must be given to the defendant

(1) If the defendant is in police custody in a case prosecuted by the police, as soon as the complaint is registered, a copy of the complaint and the related written evidence must be given to the defendant by the relevant police office.

< p>(2)         In the case where action is taken in accordance with sub-section (4) of section 5, the copy of the pamphlet mentioned in that sub-section and one copy of the related documents shall be given to the defendant by the court before the statement is made or sent along with the summons or italyanama.

( 3)         Except in the cases mentioned in sub-section (1) and (2) in other cases, one copy of the complaint and related written evidence on behalf of each plaintiff should be submitted to the court by the plaintiff along with the complaint and the court should send the duplicate to the defendant along with the subpoena or italyanama.

However, no matter how many defendants there are in one household, only one copy of the complaint and related written evidence will be submitted or sent. If it has happened, the action will be null and void. (5) In accordance with sub-section (2) of section 7, the duplicate copies sent with the summons or summons shall be returned to the court by the employee who is going to serve the summons or summons. and the defendant may obtain the duplicate copies from the court at any time.
