(1) The plaintiff shall submit the following with the complaint:-
(a) One copy of the complaint to each defendant,
(b) a copy of the written evidence referred to in the complaint, one for each defendant,
(c) If the law under which the said complaint is filed states that the approval of any agency or official should be obtained before filing such a complaint.
(2) In relation to a complaint brought by a person without submitting it as per rule 6, if it has been duly registered as per sub-rule (2) of rule 8, duplicate copies of such complaint or statement required as per clause (a) of sub-rule (1) from the plaintiff. Rule 31 The following fee will be prepared from the court.
