Section 10
Investigation of Complaints
(1) During the preliminary investigation according to section 9, if it is found that women are victims of violence or social injustice or are not allowed to exercise women's rights or any person or organization is deprived from exercising women's rights, the commission itself or by forming a committee as necessary shall investigate such complaints. Or may conduct or conduct an investigation as prescribed by the authorized staff of the Commission. (2) During the investigation according to sub-section (1), the commission, the investigation committee or the authorized staff of the investigation shall have the following rights:- (a) To obtain information by bringing any person to the presence of any person,
(b) ordering any person to produce any document or document or evidence,
(c) Conduct on-site inspections as required,
(d) Taking any document related to the subject of investigation or its copy from any government or public office.
(3) After completion of the investigation according to sub-section (1), the report shall be submitted to the Commission.
(4) Other provisions related to investigation of complaints shall be as prescribed.
