(1) A person who is not satisfied with the action taken by the officer acting in accordance with the authority delegated by the Commission may file a complaint with the Commission or the officer designated by the Commission within thirty-five days from the date of the action. But if there is a separate provision for appeal on such action, it will be according to the same.
(2) If a complaint is received in accordance with sub-section (1), the Commission may make an appropriate order after conducting the necessary investigation in this regard, and if it is found that no action is necessary after investigating the complaint, the Commission may keep such complaint under review.
