If the industry registration body refuses to register the industry in accordance with sub-section (5) of section 5, the applicant who is not satisfied with that can file a complaint with the ministry within thirty days of receiving the information.
(2) If a complaint is received in accordance with sub-section (1), the Ministry will make a necessary decision on the complaint within thirty days from the date of the complaint.
