Rule 48
Complaints
:
(1) Consumers who are not satisfied with the decision given by the water supplier regarding the use of the service can file a complaint with the District Water Supply Office.
(2) If a complaint is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the district water supply office may issue necessary orders in consultation with the committee and the village development committee or the municipality as required, and such order shall be valid for the water supplier or consumer concerned.
