(1) If a complaint is made to the Judicial Council against a judge in relation to a case, the Judicial Council may appoint a member to study such case.

(2) For the purposes of sub-section (1). For this, the relevant court shall provide the documents or files requested by the member.

(3) The member designated in accordance with sub-section (1) shall study the case related to the complaint and submit a report with his opinion to the Judicial Council within the period specified by the Judicial Council.< /p>
