Rule 20
Grievance Provisions
(1) A person who knows that he has committed or is about to commit an offense under the Act shall file a written complaint with the Labor and Employment Office.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if someone wants to make a complaint verbally, the complaint must be prepared in writing and registered with the labor and employment office after the complainant's signature.
(3) Complaints under sub-rule (1) or (2) can also be filed through the relevant employment service center. 2. %. . 2 Added by Second Amendment. 12 (4) The Labor and Employment Office shall make a decision on such complaint within three months from the date of receiving the complaint according to sub-rule (1) or (2).
