Rule 19
Conditions to be followed during mining
The conditions to be followed by the person who gets a permit for mining will be as follows:-
(a) Mining should be done in such a way that maximum utilization of minerals and preservation of mineral resources is ensured.
(b) During excavation work, to take measures to have the least possible negative impact on the environment and to pay due attention to environmental protection.
(c) in the places designated for national and public interest and safety and in ancient monuments, cities, graves, masanghats, public roads, ghats, dams, pani, pipe lines, forts, forts, cantonments, temples, mosques, churches, houses, Do not carry out excavation work within at least fifty meters from factories etc. and do not build houses, factories or warehouses in such areas.
(d) To allow other persons who have obtained mining permits near their mining area to use tram lines, ropeway lines, roads and water ghats made by them under reasonable conditions.
(e) Appropriate devices for measuring the amount of mineral work should be kept at the place where mineral materials are stored and collected.
(f) Excavation shall not be carried out outside the boundary of the land surface for which the mining permit has been obtained, and if the boundary of the area mentioned in two or more permits is connected, the person who has obtained the permit shall leave twenty five meters from the boundary.
(G) To arrange safety so that there is no accident in the pits, tunnels, etc. opened during the excavation work.
(h) In the event of any accident, death of a person, or loss of property within the area mentioned in the permit obtained, or if there is a possibility of loss of property, to give immediate notice to the relevant district administration office and department.
(i) The person receiving the permit himself or his representative should be present for supervision, control, etc. while carrying out the mining work in the mineral area.
