After receiving the application in accordance with Rule 14, if the proposed mining plan is deemed suitable after making the necessary inquiry, the department will issue a permit for mining in the form of Schedule-8 to the person making the application after receiving the application as per Schedule-4.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the applicant himself or his representative shall submit the permit within thirty days from the date of notification that the department has decided to grant the permit.
(3) If the permit is not received within the period as per sub-rule (2), the permit will automatically be cancelled.
