(1) A person who has obtained a license to produce or deal in explosives shall keep a separate record of each explosive substance produced or traded each time during the production, manufacture, preparation or trading of such substances.< /p>

(2) In addition to other things, the following details should be disclosed in the record as per sub-section (1):-

(a) What explosives, in what quantity, have been produced, prepared or manufactured, That matter,

(b) If explosives were traded, for what purpose,

(c) If explosives were sold and distributed, to whom and for what purpose? The quantity has been sold and distributed.

(3) The records kept according to sub-section (1) shall be provided by the person dealing in explosives whenever requested by the Chief District Officer, the investigating or prosecuting officer or the officer who looks into the case.

(4) Any person who contravenes this section shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both.
