4. Objectives

(a) To strengthen the proper development of agriculture and food and nutrition security by protecting, enhancing and sustainable use of agricultural biological diversity.
(B) To protect and promote the rights and interests of farmers' traditional knowledge, skills, research, technology, use and practices.
(c) Arranging the equitable and judicial distribution system of the opportunities and benefits created from the access and use of agricultural genetic resources and materials.
(d) Contributing to the enhancement of environmental balance by protecting and promoting agricultural biological diversity in the long term.
