7. Objective

The main objectives of this policy are as follows:

7.1 To classify land for the best use of land and land resources, 7.2 To encourage conservation, management and use of land based on classification, 7.3 Regulating the fragmentation of land and encouraging planned urbanization, 7.4 Maintaining a balance between development and environment, 7.5 Protecting land with geographical, cultural, religious, historical, and touristic areas of special importance, 7.6 Geo- To prepare a land use plan to address the use policy, 7.7 to determine the minimum assessment and land tax system based on use, 7.8 to arrange arrangements to bring unused land to appropriate use.
