Section 3
Industry to be registered
(1) No one shall establish or operate an industry without registration in accordance with this Act.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the industries registered and operating in accordance with the prevailing industrial business laws at the time of commencement of this Act shall not be required to register their industries in accordance with this Act.
