Section 19
Duties, duties and powers of the Vice-Chancellor
: The duties, duties and powers of the Vice-Chancellor shall be as follows:-
(a) To assist the Chancellor in the implementation of the instructions given by the Assembly and the decisions taken by the Council,
(b) To do all the things that he may do in the absence of the Chancellor,
(c) To do other work under the direction of the Chancellor.
