Section 61
Bye-election
If a member's term of office continues for more than six months and his/her position becomes vacant for any reason, within thirty-five days of the vacancy, the Commission shall fill the position of such vacant member for the remainder of the term in accordance with this Act by bye-election in accordance with Section 3.
