(1) The consumer group shall have a separate fund of its own.
(2) The following amounts shall be deposited in the fund:-
(a) Grant amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) amount of grant, aid or donation received from any person or institution,
(c) proceeds from sale and distribution of forest produce,
(d) Amounts received from fines,
(e) Amount received from any other source.
(3) The expenses incurred on behalf of the consumer group shall be covered by the fund under sub-section (1).
(4) The consumer group can spend the amount remaining in the fund for the development of the community forest and spend it on other public interest activities.
(5) The operation of the fund shall be as prescribed.
