The committee may form sub-committees as needed to carry out the work it has to do in accordance with this order. (2) The work, duties, rights and procedures of the sub-committee formed in accordance with sub-section (1) and the facilities to be enjoyed by the members of such sub-committee shall be as prescribed by the sub-committee at the time of formation of the sub-committee.
