10. Can form a sub-committee or task force

(1) The committee may form a sub-committee or a task force as needed in order to carry out the work it has to do in accordance with this order or the rules made under this order.
(2) The work, duties, rights and procedures of the sub-committee or task force formed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the committee.
