10. Can form a sub-committee or task force

(1) The committee may form sub-committees or task forces as needed to carry out the work it has to do in accordance with this order and the rules made under this order.

(2) The work, duties, rights and procedures of the sub-committees or work teams formed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the committee.
