10. Sub-committee or task force: (1) The committee may form a sub-committee or task force as needed to ensure that the work it has to do according to this order is done smoothly. (2) Formed according to subsection (1) The work, duties and rights and procedures of the sub-committees or working groups will be as prescribed by the committee.
