13. Can form a sub-committee or a working group:

(1) The committee can form a sub-committee or a working group that includes experts in the relevant field to carry out its work smoothly.
(2) The work, duties and rights, term of office of the sub-committee or working group formed in accordance with sub-section (1) and the facilities to be enjoyed by the members of such sub-committee or working group shall be as determined by the committee with the consent of the Government of Nepal.
