6.1 The committee may form different sub-committees as needed for the purpose of providing quality seeds by conducting the work of production, processing, storage and sale of seeds in a smooth manner.

< p>6.2 The work, duties and rights of the sub-committees and the meeting procedures will be as prescribed.
