(1) The meeting of the sub-committees will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the respective sub-committee.
(2) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the sub-committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the sub-committee will be considered.
(3) The meeting of the sub-committee will be presided over by the chairman of the sub-committee and in his absence, a member chosen by the members present in the meeting will preside over the meeting.
(4) In the meeting of the sub-committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and if there is a tie, the chairman will give the deciding vote.
(5) If the sub-committee deems it necessary, it may invite any official of the Government of Nepal or any other expert to participate in the meeting of the sub-committee as an observer.
(6) The decision of the meeting of the sub-committee will be verified by the member-secretary of the sub-committee (7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the sub-committee shall be as determined by the sub-committee itself.
