Section 22
Right to attend, lobby and debate
(1) Senior advocates and advocates shall have the right to appear, plead and argue on behalf of their side before any court, court or official in Nepal including the Supreme Court.
(2) The advocate shall have the right to appear, plead or argue on behalf of his side before any other court or authority of Nepal except the Supreme Court.
