Section 27
Order of Debt Recovery Officer to be equivalent to order of Tribunal
(1) In terms of debt recovery in accordance with this Act, the order given by the Debt Recovery Officer shall be the same as the order given by the Tribunal and it shall be the duty of all concerned to comply with such order. Disobedience can be prosecuted.
