: (1) The loan given to the farmer under these rules must be recovered within the period mentioned in that condition according to the conditions of giving the loan: but if a farmer is unable to pay the loan due to any divine reason due to the harvesting of the relevant crop and the District Land Reforms Officer finds that such reason is reasonable If it is seen, such farmers may be given additional time to pay the loan. (2) When collecting the loan according to sub-rule (1), any amount in addition to the interest will be collected at the rate of Rs. (4) If the loan cannot be redeemed within the deadline, the lending committee will send the list of those who have not paid the loan within 35 days of the expiry of the deadline to the District Land Reforms Officer and the District Land Reforms Officer will treat such loans as government debt. (5) According to sub-rules (1), (2), (3) and (4) when full or partial debt is collected, the receipt should be given in the format specified in Schedule-20 and upon receipt of the certificate, the same It should also be mentioned in the certificate.
