Section 122
Debts, obligations and rights in debt securities can be bought and sold
Regardless of what is written in the prevailing Nepalese law, except as otherwise provided in the loan agreement, a loan given by a bank or financial institution to someone or an obligation accepted by itself and received as collateral for its protection. Or the right of mortgage in the given movable immovable property can be bought and sold.
