Land acquired under this Act only for “Government of Nepal, State Government, Local Level or Institution wholly owned by Government of Nepal or State Government” Yes, if it is not needed for the same work or if it is used in excess for such work, the land that is not needed or is in excess, if it is by "Nepal government, state government or local level" for any other public work and if it is by such organization, among the works specified in sub-section (1) of section 4 Can be used in any work.
