Compulsory liquidation of banks or financial institutions doing business in more than one country
The process of compulsory liquidation of branches of banks or financial institutions doing business in more than one country will be as determined by the National Bank in view of international practice. But the subsidiary of a bank or financial institution doing business in more than one country Compulsory liquidation of a bank or financial institution acting as a company shall be in accordance with this paragraph.
