(1) In accordance with this Act and other prevailing laws, the Government of Nepal shall establish a single point service center by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette regarding the provision of facilities related to the industry or investors and infrastructure related services required for the industry in a timely manner in a simple and convenient manner. will be able to bring it into operation.
(2) In relation to the establishment and operation of a single point service center in accordance with sub-section (1), when publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, the location of such service center, the services to be delivered to industries through the center, the institutional units and the service management committee will also be specified in the Nepal Gazette.
(3) Until the establishment of a single point service center as per sub-section (1), the government of Nepal shall establish a single point service operation committee by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette to provide the discounts, facilities or concessions that the industry is entitled to in accordance with this Act from one place.
(4) For the purpose of providing discounts, facilities or concessions received by small enterprises, domestic industries and small industries in accordance with this Act from the local level, a single point service center may be established at the provincial or local level as per the requirement.
