(1) The work, duties and powers of the single point service management committee shall be as follows:-
(a) Deciding to grant exemptions, facilities or concessions to the industry under this Act, and executing or causing the same,
(b) perform the functions delegated by the Board under its functions, duties and powers,
(c) To make time-bound arrangements regarding the provision of infrastructure services such as electricity, water, telecommunication facilities, land, and roads required by the industry, and make the necessary decisions and implement them,
(D) To perform other tasks as specified.
(2) According to this section, the decision made by the single point service operation committee shall be implemented by the relevant body.
(3) The single point service operation committee may delegate some of its powers to the sub-committee formed in accordance with sub-section (4) as needed. But the authority specified in clause (b) of sub-section (1) shall not be delegated.
(4) The single point service operation committee may form sub-committees as necessary for the work it does and the work, duties and powers of the sub-committee thus formed shall be as determined by the committee.
