(1) The Council of Justice shall prepare and keep an integrated record of each judge with the following details:-

(a) Date of appointment and retirement of judge, his qualifications, Details regarding experience and expertise,

(b) If there is any complaint against him, a brief description of the decision made by the Council of Justice on such complaint,

(c) Any action against him according to the Constitution and this Act If so, its details,

(d) details of judgments or orders passed by him from the higher court,

(e) numerical details of judgments and orders passed by him in each court,

(f) Other details as specified.

(2) For the purpose of keeping records as per sub-section (1), the Judicial Council may also use information technology by creating separate software as required.
