The provisions of this Act shall be applicable for the debt recovery cases of the following banks and financial institutions:- (a) Agricultural Development Banks established under the Agricultural Development Bank Act, 2024, (b) Commercial Banks Act, Commercial banks established under 2031, (c) Nepal Industrial Development Corporation established under the Nepal Industrial Development Corporation Act, 2046, (d) Other financial institutions designated by the Nepal Rastra Bank from time to time. The provisions of the Act will not apply.
