If it is not written in any Nepal law that it will come into force from this date, it will come into force as written below:-
(a) In the case of Acts made under Nepal Interim Government Act, 2007, from the date of approval by Shri 5 Maharajadhiraj.
(b) From the day of Garibaksa certified by Shri 5th Maharajadhiraj, the Act was enacted for the period up to 3rd June 2063.
(c) In the case of Acts enacted from June 4, 2063 to January 30, 2063, from the day the Acts passed by the House of Representatives are certified by the Speaker.
(d) In the case of laws enacted from January 1, 2063 to July 7, 2065, from the date of verification by the Speaker of the Legislature-Parliament, (e) Acts enacted from July 8, 2065 to August 2, 2072 In the case of the Interim Constitution of Nepal, 2063, Article 83, Clause (1) from the day it was passed by the Constituent Assembly and certified by the President, and
(f) In the case of Acts made from 3rd Asoj, 2072, the words "from the Legislature-Parliament or the Federal Parliament as per Article 83 of the Constitution of Nepal" as per clause (1) of Article 296 of the Constitution of Nepal have been placed. However, in the case of any punishable matter done or not done before the publication of such Act in the Nepal Gazette, no punishment shall be imposed according to such Act.
