(1) The Government of Nepal may deploy security personnel as needed in each industrial zone, special economic zone, industrial corridor and industrial cluster to maintain peace and security in industrial establishments.
(2) If there is difficulty in operating an industry due to security reasons: If security is requested, the Government of Nepal may deploy security personnel as needed in such industry or in the area where such industry is located.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rules (1) and (2), the Government of Nepal may, at the request of the concerned industry, arrange separate security arrangements for the following purposes:-
(a) To organize industrial fairs, exhibitions and other industrial functions,
(b) To control industrial shutdowns, arson, vandalism and looting that may occur during strikes, (c) To deal with potential security challenges in the area where industries and establishments are located.
(4) An industry with an investment of more than two billion rupees or directly employing more than 100 people may request the Government of Nepal through the relevant District Security Committee to provide government security personnel for the security of their industry by bearing the cost of security manpower.
(5) If there is a request for the provision of separate government security personnel according to sub-rule (4), the Government of Nepal may provide necessary security personnel to such industry by specifying the necessary conditions and criteria. 'Paragraph- 4 Single Point Service Centre
