(1) If a person wants to obtain a letter of recommendation for establishing a pharmaceutical industry as per section 7 of the Act, such person shall submit an application to the department in the format as per schedule-1.
(2) After receiving the application according to sub-rule (1), if the department, upon conducting the necessary investigation, deems it necessary to issue a letter of recommendation for the establishment of the pharmaceutical industry, the department shall take the receipt as specified in Schedule-14 and give the letter of recommendation to the applicant in the format of Schedule-2.
