Section 19
No false or misleading advertising of medicines
(1) No person shall make any false or misleading propaganda or advertisement regarding the usefulness or efficacy of a drug.
(2) A person who wants to promote or advertise any drug shall obtain a permit from the department as prescribed by paying the prescribed fee for the same.
